The Silver Beach D2 is waiting for you
Arrival at the apartment is from 4 p.m. and departure no later than 11 a.m.
The rental price consists of:
- – the rental price for the selected period.
- – a fixed charge of 70 euros (95 euros for small pets).
Heating, water, and electricity consumption are charged to the tenant, according to meter readings.
The guarantee is 250 euros and is reimbursed (Unless in case of damage) within 10 days of the end of the stay (minus the above-mentioned consumption costs).
The rental price includes:
- Preparation of the apartment before and cleaning after your stay.
- Bed linen and towels (your beds will be made upon arrival).
- Covered parking close to the elevator.
- Two adult bicycles and three children’s bicycles.
- Access to the swimming pool.
- Beach equipment (windscreens, chairs, games, etc.).
Payment is made as follows:
- A deposit of 50% of the rental price is payable at the time of booking. This allows us to reserve the period for your sole benefit. Cancellation is only possible up to 3 months before the check-in date. In this case, the deposit is reimbursed in full, free of charge.
- The balance, comprising the second half of the rental price and the guarantee, must be paid no later than 14 days before the check-in date.
(Payment is therefore made in one installment for bookings made in the last two weeks before the check-in date).
Rentals are only possible for a minimum of 3 nights. During vacations, rental is only possible for a full week from Saturday to Saturday. Rental prices are shown here .
